It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Stonehouse 7, marking the end of a cherished journey that has spanned over five decades. Since the 1970s, this business has been a cornerstone of our community, built on the dedication, hard work, and vision of my grandfather, whose passion and perseverance laid a foundation we have been proud to uphold.
Taking on the responsibility of continuing his legacy has been both an honor and a deeply personal endeavor. However, despite our best efforts, the challenges of maintaining and growing the business in today’s ever-changing landscape have proven insurmountable.
This decision was not made lightly, and it comes after much reflection and with immense gratitude for the support we’ve received over the years. Our customers, employees, and community have been the heart of this business, and your loyalty and encouragement have meant more than words can express.
As I now step away from this chapter, I am excited to pursue new journeys and opportunities that align with my personal aspirations of getting back into football to some capacity. While it is bittersweet to say goodbye, I now carry with me the lessons, memories, and pride that come from being part of something so meaningful.
Thank you for being part of our story. Though the doors of Stonehouse 7 will close, the spirit of what we’ve built will live on in the connections we’ve made and the impact we’ve shared.
All assets purchased through us all remain in the purchasers ownership, possession or held with the Duty Representative responsible which can be found within your purchase documents.
All company representatives are contactable by usual direct communication of email or mobile. They will have their own decisions that they have made and I’m sure will be happy to share and take you along the future journey.
Sincerely,
Robert
