Stonehouse VII Fees:
– To list and sell an item you haven’t purchased with Stonehouse7: We charge a fee of 10% of the sale price.
– To list and sell an item you have purchased with Stonehouse7: Our fee is also 10% but of the uplift, calculated based on the difference between your purchase price with us and the sale price.
– No hidden costs: This service comes with full transparency. There are no listing fees and the service is free to qualifying collectables (subject to condition and authenticity check when not supplied by us)
