The luxury lifestyle collection is one market that requires extreme discretion as many high value luxury items are not seen to be for sale or on the market and more importantly, their current owners do not wish for these items to be openly known to be for sale.
Stonehouse VII therefore verify clients thoroughly, and will request an independent financial status report before revealing any details of a property or luxury asset to an unknown prospective buying client. This policy also applies to making any introduction to a private agent, broker or seller who maybe dealing with such a sale.
This policy is to ensure the purchaser is a serious buyer and able to support any financial offer made and to confirm they are in the market for a particular item or luxury asset before details are released or any formal communication is made regarding arrangements to discuss, disclose or view the item or asset in question.
